Lowest Cost To Convert Balcony

Recommended Posts

We have this balcony with 1.5 x 3m area size. Currently, there's only grill and glass door without glass window.

We are thinking to convert this area to be part of the living room and become study area. So, we're thinking use different flooring, laminates or other thing.

What would be the cheapest options to convert this are?

How much would it be ?

My balcony is similar to yours. Tore down the glass door, Leveled it and put homogenous tiles. Cost about 1.5k.

Ooh ... does that include the glass window?

If I use laminate, would the cost be below 1k ?

Yeap, we decied to reno the balcony. Hopefully can get good bargain from the contractor.

Hi,

I presumed that the renovation for your balcony has been completed. Is it possible for you to post a pic of the completed work as I also intend to remove the balcony of my flat. Also thinking whether to level up with tiles or other material.

Please also advise the contractor and cost of the renovation.

Thank you.
