I have been reading and benefiting alot of information and ideas from Renotalk though I have not got the keys to my unit. As a typical kiasu singaporean :P , I am start looking for FSM & RENO information. :rolleyes:

My block 435C is a 4rm premium flat "Fernvale Residence".My flat is under Sale Balance Flat scheme.& my Que number 225 and appt will be 24 Feb 2011.Purchase Price $ 316,700 94 Sqm :jawdrop: so estimate completion will be 1st Quarter 2012. :good:

This is my floor plan:

what we have decided that the works we will be doing to the house will be as follows :wub:

1) Kitchen cabinet : full height cabinets with Granite and blum systems for both side

2) Kitchen door : with full height 10mm thk clear tempered glass sliding door

3) MBR & common Toilet : Vanity cabinet & shower screens

4) Living Room : Tv console & feature wall

5) Dining Room : Full length mirror feature wall

6) Master room & 2 bedrooms : 5 x 6" L- shape wardrobe+storage bedframe headboard & sidetables

7) Bedroom 1 : 4 x 5" wardrobes & study desk with shelves

8) Bedroom 2 : 4 x 5" wardrobes & dressing table

9) Service Yard : Window & window grills + Small storage

10)Roller blind curtain for all rooms

engaged with Mr Chang FSM for audit my new hse before look for designer..

I wan everything going smooth. I was make appointment with on next saturday at 10 am.

Audit Package $485:

1) Survey of the exterior and interior

2) Taking readings and measurements

3) Advice on designs and renovation

4) Immediate remedies (if any)

5) On the spot floorplan drawing and explanation

6) Wealth area

7) Stove and kitchen arrangements

8) Living room arrangements

9) Bed placement

10) Children's study

11) Personal area

12) Selection of dates for reno and move-in

13) Procedure for reno and move-in

14) Q & A session

15) Thereafter still can call email me on any questions pertaining feng shui

The above audit takes from 2-3hours (weekends only 2 hrs per slot). If there is any delay due to Q & A, discussion on designs etc, remaining itineries will be emailed.

If alright, pls email me all the owners' DOB+time+country (DST if any)+m/f, house address, contact number and standby 3 copies of floorplan. Once received, will give you a few dates to choose for appointment.

im at the 403 series quite near u la.

nope we did not engage any FS services.

to us, if things feel comfortable, thats gd FS! hehe.

settle my wardrobe three week ago. All wardrobes order from Lacafa at the furnituremall @ beach road.

We like their design and materials so much.They got a lot colour to choose and design.

Here's the more detail :deal:

  1. L shape wardrobe : 4 sliding door 6x5ft $3300 (for Master bedroom)
  2. Wardrobe with 2 sliding door 5ft $1500 (for bedroom 1)
  3. Wardrobe with 2 sliding door 5ft $1500 (for bedroom 2)
  4. Shoe cabinet 2 sliding door 4ft $1500

Total is $8346 with GST :dribble:

The First Huge amount money to spend out before reno start

bought 5 seater L shape fabric sofa about $1099 :good: .

I bought four star Mattress medium firm pocket coil with bed frame $999 king size for my parents cos they age 50-60 age and $599 with bed frame for brother :good: . we pay 30%for all items to lock the price.
