How Much For 2 Toilet Renovation Only

Hello to everyone here, I would like to seek your advises on how much it will cost me for renovating 2 toilet of my flat? Is it possible to get labours only? then I will be the one to buy the materials needed for the renovation? will there be any issue in hdb rules if the door opening will be change? thank you in advance.

i changed my mbr toilet door

got to get permission from hdb - they will advise u if require PE endorse (cost few hundred $)

guideline per toilet reno is $4-5k (inclusive all hacking/new tiling/etc etc)
