price looks ok but never state the following

a. how many layer waterproof

b. max price of tiles (usually $3psf but you can nego for higher priced tiles)

c. copper or SS or plastic for new pipings?

d. any box up for existing sewage pipings?

e. no mirrors?

f. any solid top for vanity?

g. how many year guarantee for waterproof?

Hi,

I intend to renovate 2 toilets also.

My quotation is as follow :

To hack master bath existing wall tiles, supply &

lay new 600mm X 300mm wall tiles full height.

To hack master bath existing floor tiles, supply &

lay new anti-slip homogeneous flooring with 3 layer of water proofing membranes.

To construct of hollow block wall c/w tiles finishes to bath tub area.

To hack common bath existing wall tiles, supply &

lay new 600mm X 300mm wall tiles full height.

To hack common bath existing floor tiles, supply &

lay new anti-slip homogeneous flooring with 3 layer of water proofing membranes.

To supply & construct of shower kerb c/w tiles finishes to provide provision to receive new shower screen.

To supply & install of 10mm tempered glass fixed panel to common bath. (900mm X 1800mm Ht)

To supply & install of 10mm tempered glass fixed panel to master bath. (1100mm X 1050mm)

To supply & run new stainless steel pipes to bathrooms to all necessary points. Hot & cold water

4 points only.

Labour to install of bathtub.

Labour to install of wash basin & mixer tap c/w new UPC drainage pipes.

Labour to install of W.C.

Labour to install of storage heater. Labour to install of shower mixer.

Labour to install 30-35 pcs bathroom accessories

To supply of casing to make good all existing wirings to 2 bathroom.

To supply & wash up of bathroom after completion of renovation works.

To supply of protective cardboard rolls to all necessary areas.

To supply & install of top hung aluminium by-fold door c/w acrylic inserts to bathroom.

To supply & paint bathrooms' ceiling & UPVC pipes.

To provide acid wash & general cleaning for whole

house.

To extension or run new 20amp heater socket c/w all necessary wirings & casings.

To supply & install of aluminium frame fixed panel c/w acrylic insert to top entrance opening located at common bath.

To dismantle disposal of long bath & kitchen small table include hacking of supporting wall to long bath

Additional T&C

Prices quoted above including of dismantling of existing 2 nos bi-fold door & frame, 2 nos instant heater, 2 nos shower set, 2 nos wash basin, 2 WC,

2 bathroom existing pipings & disposal off site.

All debris will be dispose to approved ground inclusive of dumping fees.

Price quoted above inclusive of uploading of materials (Tiles, Cements, Sands etc…) to unit & downloading of debris .

Note: Uploading of Light fittings & Sanitary items

or any other items not from us will be charge seperately.

Include necessary touch up to toilet door entrance areas in the event of hacking we spoil the tiles.

Total price is $9000

Hi, does the temepered glass comes with casement door? You should clarify the price of the tiles used (eg, capped @ $3 psf). If you have $9k budget, I am able to renovate for you under 9k. PM me if you are interested.

The contractor give us 1 year warranty.

My quotation to redo 1 toilet (master bathroom) is already $6890. I don't know why is it so expensive....The toilet is not very big. quite the same size as a 5room hdb master bathroom.

- To supply mateirals & labour to install 1 no. of hot water point at Master Bathroom shower

- To supply labour to install 2 nos of sitting bowl at master bathroom and common toilet

- To supply labour to install 1 no of toilet bowl spray gun at master bathroom

- To supply labour to install 1 no of shower mixer and 1 no of basin at Master bathroom

4. Glass Works

Actually your quote is quite reasoanable. But please make sure that you contractor have a good reputation in the market and deliver their work and word accordingly
