Strip Flooring & Carbonised Bamboo Flooring - Anyone Used B4?

Anyone installed Strip flooring or Carbonised Bamboo flooring b4? Are they better than laminated flooring?

My current living room is homogenous tiles. Feels very sticky especially during rainy days. And the grout between tiles get dirty and unable to remove the dirt. So, I'm considering overlay the tiles with either strip flooring, carbonised bamboo flooring or laminated flooring.

Need advise as to which type of flooring is more lasting and easy to maintain. Also, price wise, which is more economical.
