Carolitaly 0 Report post Posted December 14, 2011 I bought sofa (3+2) from lavendar outlet last year. This year, the leather starts to split all over the sofa. Contacted Lavender, number not in used. contacted few outlets, numbers also not in used. Finally, manage to find their Sungei Kadut office, spoke with Mr. Ang. He sent someone to check the sofa and agreed to repackage the leather for me. He admitted that there is defect in their leather so they will repackage the leather for me but I need to pay $400 for transport and custom fee. I argued that I paid closed to $3,000 for casa italy but got inferior leather so shouldn't casa italy bear the transport & custom fee. Management finally agreed to bear $100 so I need to pay $300.
