Previous Owner Hounded By A Long

Recommended Posts

I am now renovating my new flat. My contractor told me that my main door has big patches of paint which was painted over to cover up. He said this was A Long's work. I am quite paranoid. Will the A Long continue to hound my flat ?

Looks like it has happened quite long ago. My neighbour is not home most of the time, cannot find out any information from them.

I am thinking of writing the previous owner's new address on my main door, and ask the A Long not to bother me. Do you think this will work ?

Don't forget ah long has another working pattern.

They are the first owner so they must know. They should have at least told me what happened.

Why would ah long go after the neighbour ? Isn't it a waste of time ?

I don't know whether it is solved already.

Read this letter in the straits times:

Innocent victim of loan sharks

TWO months after I moved into my new flat in Woodlands Drive 53, I returned home to find my home splashed with paint.

Written on the wall was a demand for payment for the loans given to the previous owner.

Despite reporting the threat to the police, the harassment continued. It took a turn for the worse last week when the loan sharks padlocked my gate in addition to vandalising my wall. They left a note for the former owner, demanding payment.

Lodging reports with the police does not seem to be effective and I am afraid and feel helpless.

Can the HDB help us obtain another flat? I have taken to staying up late just to make sure that my home is safe.

U never mention they are the 1st owner.

Even they know, do you think they will told their buyer.. hello.. my house got ah long.

Do u think anyone will buy their house?

Their objective is to pass the ball to the next player

Why ah long ago after the neigbour.. don't know..

may be ah long tired of going after the customer and the customer didn't bother to answer their call.

So.. they move to neigbour, to make them lost face????

Real reason.. only ah long know.

I can't answer on that.. I'm not ah long.

whether solved or not.

U only can wait, wait until their next visit < touch wood>
