A freelance who takes job in plumbing, sanitary works & water heater installation.His name is Mr Chang & mobile no. is 9752-6120. Just changed my leaking water heater tap recently. I noticed that I started paying more somehow, although I don’t seem to be using more water than usual, and there was no planned price increase either.
