Hi,

Is it expensive in the total spend of $7200 to include for the below items for a 3 room flat?

1) Wall papers for the TV wall and side wall

2) Window blinds

3) Whole hse lightings and ceiling fan with light and remote type

4) All taps and toilet accessories, 2 basin, 2 wc, Instant heater (707 and alpha brand) and mirrors

5) Kitchen sink and Kitchen hook and hob (Turbo brand)

And for the kitchen hob, it is adviseable to use induction type? It is more electrical consumption?
