Renovation Quote For Kitchen Area

Hi,

I'm looking to renovate my kitchen. It is a condo and I already move it so the renovation work has to be done while owner occupied. The work involved will be as follow:

- hack away current kitchen cabinet and build a fresh new

- add in accessories like wash basin & stove

- install/replace window at kitchen area

- replace item/accessories in 1 toilet near kitchen

- replace 2 doors separating kitchen and store room and kitchen and living room

- repaint kitchen area after work done

- clear debris & haulage fee

Budget is tight. Kindly please provide reasonable and itemise price based on above items and the duration of the work (need to get approval from management office before work start). Floor plan can be provided upon requested.

got my kitchen renovated recently by factory contact for carpentry and granite top.

hack away my rotted cabinet and kitchen top.

you can call the factory sales at 90699052. forgotten the sales name.

cheaper than the market rates.

I know a ID flim which had done up my flat recently and they workmen ship is good, plus the granite top. perheps you might want to get a quote from them too? just as a guide line.
