Hi all, didnt expect i will be back on this forum again since my house reno 2yrs ago. Now is helping my bro to ask for his upcoming new house. Not too sure about the market rate now for new hdb as i did mine is resale flat. He got a few quotations and it seem to me this is the most cheaper one. Can anyone help me to see whether is the quotation ok? Market rate is around this pricing?? Thanks!

Some of items seem more ex then what I did last yr, unless the material price went up so much.
