  1. My experience with my city gas heater isn't so good. I'm using Rinnai REU-10RFM and I don't get the water in like 5-10 secs as what some of you have mentioned. I've set the temperature to 48 but it takes around 20-30secs and ended up I've a lot of water collected in my pail. Anyone having the same issue?
  2. Hi All, like to ask if anyone here has done a false wall to flush the wall in their house? I recently just had my flooring completed and I notice that my MBR has a small area that did not have skirting. Was told by my ID that it is left in this manner as they will finish the skirting after the false wall has been built up. Referencing to the below photos, anyone have any idea that it is meant to be left in this state while waiting for the false wall to be built? Left side of the wall. This will be the area where a false wall will be built. Right side of the wall. The left area will have a false wall to flush with this wall. The skirting was done half way and only be completed after the false wall has been built. Appreciate advises from those who had done similar stuffs. Thanks!
  3. Hi all, when I asked my electrician with regards to networking up my house, he advise that I can lay the cables across the room by concealing it under the tiles as my flooring is not done yet. As I'm not sure about the laying of network cables in the house, thus I hope you guys can advise if it is possible to do it that way. He me mentioned that it is still possible to change the cables infuture even thought it is running beneath my flooring. Appreciate your advises. Thanks!
  4. I just did my defects checking and did get them to replace the tiles as long as it sound hollow to me. They can definitely replace the tiles even if it is only 1 tile. It won't affect the surrounding tiles.

  10. Hi pinkwhale, can I check if you have difficulty accessing the hangers after installation of the windows and grilles? Can you also share on how do you use this kind of hangers? Are the bars fixed or can be removed like the conventional bamboo poles? I'm currently considering if I need to do up the windows and grilles for the service yard but unsure on how to access and use this kind of hangers.
