Renovate Sembawang Blue Window Ea

Hi All

I am new here. I just bought a Sembawang EA unit . I will like to listen to fellow forum members for advise how to renovate this house as the shape is quite challenging.

Mine is a mirror image of this floor plan...

I will like to create to do the following works.

1. To create a room beside the entrance of the house with door. required a false wall and a door

2. Reposition kitchen door because of item 1

3. Remove existing false ceiling and change to squarish light holder

4. Hack away a old bath tub

5. touch up toilet and change WC

6. maintain 3 room parquet flooring

Need a quote of it

Hi there..i also bought a similar unit (mirror image of yours). But i'm only doing reno during year end and moving in early 2013.

i'm also planning to build a room at the entrance. I'll open up the kitchen door between the 2 pillars and hack through into the kitchen service balcony.

also planning to hack open the master room toilet for open concept toilet. redo all flooring. mine need to redo everything quite extensive. But i've not yet look for reno or ID until maybe Oct. maybe we are future neighbours?
