Finally after being silent reader in Renotalk for a few months, we are starting our own blog to document our Reno progress for our first home at Changi. And along the way, we hope ppl here can provide your comment or any infor to make our Reno process a better and smooth one. To start off, below is our layout plan...

Yesterday mark a milestone for our Reno progress as we have finally signed on the dotted line with our ID from Konzept Design. It was indeed a long and tiring process for sourcing an ID and we are glad that it has finally comes to an end. Now we are looking forward to the next phase of our Reno process, further confirm the design of our house! As for the reasons y our ID stands out from the rest of the many IDs? Firstly, I think is chemistry n sincere. Then, I find them very helpful, responsive, accommodating. Some drawings they did before we commit with them.

Are you a serious wine drinker? Maybe you can consider having a built in wine chiller instead of open shelves? Maintains the wine better. Less dusty too.

Hi adidaem, points take note. But both my wifey n me not wine drinker. Thus, when we see the pic, we immediately bring it out to our ID. Guess we have too many storage space till he don't know what to put there ba. This afternoon we made a trip to our new home and I manage to take two pics below which I think got better view of the layouts

This is the bait for termites. Our kitchen cabinet are infested with termites and we have engage the pest control to eliminate the termites colonies using the bait show in the pic. Now both my wifey n myself have abundant knowledge with termites, especially subterranean termites!!
