Recommend A Hdb Approved Contractor For Sliding Window Repair

We're looking for a HDB approved contractor to help us repair all our sliding windows in a 5rm flat - HDB informed us our sliding windows do not have angle strips and safety stoppers.

Can someone recommend a good contractor to do this? We're looking to do this is at minimum cost.
