Electrical Quote From My Contractor ---Need Advise Urgent!

Just received an email from my contractor, can someone advise is this a reasonable price ?

1. Lighting point --- $30

2. Power point --- $65

3. Oven point ---- $80

4. Cooker point -----$40

5. SCV point ----- $110

6. Cat 6 point ------ $100

7. Relocate power point -- $45

8. Replace whole house face plate -- $350

Remark: can someone please tell me what is the difference between cat5E and cat 6? why do the cost has so much difference?

: My house are with false ceiling ,not much of conceal works ,can it reduce the cost from the contractor?
