Need Help. Is My Quotation Reasonable?

5rm new BTO. ( standard ). My ID quote me the following:-

1). Homogeneous Tiles (whole hse @ 900sqft). incl. tile skirting. $7,400

2). Supply sand & haulage service $ 950

3) Kitchen cabinet ( 'L" - bottom 5900mm & top 3800mm ) $3,550

4) Solid surface top kitchen cabinet ( 5000mm) $1,320

Is the quotation reasonable? any comment?

Hi Waynee,

Hmmm... my guess... the tiles are for your living and dining... kitchen? $7400 + $950 = $8350 seems okays but can be lower.

As for kitchen cabinet, top est. 20ft and btm est 13ft let's say x $100 = $3300, think can be cheaper too. Unless got special items.

Solid surface may i ask how come smaller than your btm cabinet ah? if at current dimension = 17ft * lets say $80 = $1360, hmmm okays this one reasonable.

Overall can be cheaper ba i guess, according to my experience. hehez
