sorry for this very late reply. Was away on business for the past few weeks !

Just checked with friend and his 2 units sold. I ask him to check for me if there are others and he says will try.

as far as i know for a FH condo with good location...

this Calrose is the most value for money since the price for the new condos nearby had risen quite a lot

however due to the contractor building it may delay the completion due to its prbs with MOM safety regulations which made me worried if this will affect the final completion quality of the condo...
