just want share about this ID company I have dealt with. ER Concept.....I am a fussy person but throughout the process, i am quite happy..no major hiccups and consider smooth delivery

My advice. Avoid those ID who ask for a down payment before you agree the quotation. I have bad experience with my ID, AS Balestier. After I signed the agreement with a deposit, I realised that ID had no experience on design and the ID just listen to my suggestion and wasting time. If I can design, why need ID ? Anything wrong, the ID will say that I design it and ask for it. Very disappointed I requested for the refund but the ID refused. Be careful. bad luck to me.
