Anybody have this issue before and whats the best remedy taken and any plumber to recommend who knows how to rectified the above fault. Btw its a 40yr old hdb. kangeroo168 10 Report post Posted March 9, 2014 best is u hack the floor tiles and re-lay the floor. because it seems to me that the water proofing is no good. sooner or later, will encounter water sipping to ur below unit.depends on u la. if water sips below, i think hdb is willing to pay 50% for u. but i cannot confirm.
