How To Confirm To Change My Delizia Kitchen Hood Which Is Not Working?

I have this brand Delizia a kitchen hood which the motor and light suddenly stop working. Model is Elislim.

I suspect is the fuse. How do I access to the fuse and cheaply replace the fuse?

If you suspect it is the fuse, perhaps u should also have some knowledge where fuses are normally found in electrical appliances.
