mack 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2014 (edited) HiI checked out this 3rm in Sengkang today which is only 7yrs old.The flat is in very good condition but i noticed quite a few cracks near the ceiling in the living room and the walkway to the bedroom.I asked the owner and she said it was already there when she moved in. She called HDB to come and check and they said it was not problem.Are such cracks normal and do I need to call HDB to cover it up?Or it's not worth even considering this unit?
