Hi guys I bought some track lights that are suppose to work with a dimmer. However the dimmers that my ID tried always seem to cause some humming/buzzing when the lights are on. I read that it could be due to incompatability with the LED drivers. Any idea where I can source for a wide range of dimmer switch locally?

Hi I'm in the midst of planning my reno and have met with a few IDs. I was given the option of using Vinyl wood flooring for my living room and kitchen to save hacking and re-tiling cost. My 3rm flat is only 5 yrs old hence the existing tiles are still in good condition. Just that i'm not thrilled about the color. For those of you who have opted for Vinyl for your living room/kitchen, how does it hold up to wear & tear and wet mopping? Is it easy to maintain compared to tiles?

Hi I checked out this 3rm in Sengkang today which is only 7yrs old. The flat is in very good condition but i noticed quite a few cracks near the ceiling in the living room and the walkway to the bedroom. I asked the owner and she said it was already there when she moved in. She called HDB to come and check and they said it was not problem. Are such cracks normal and do I need to call HDB to cover it up? Or it's not worth even considering this unit?
