hi im looking for a good contractor who can renovate my living room (hdb 5 room flat ) at a good rate . i have meet up with some designer/contractor and they are charging me over 20k just to do my living room .

20k for all whole house painting , lighting , cove l box false ceiling , and the TV wall console set which is FREAKING EXPENSIVE .

anyone out there who have ever engaged a good contractor at a reasonable price kindly PM me . thank you ..
