The ID that done and completed my renovation is definitely cheaper, not sure of the difference though.. but he's reliable and does site inspection often to keep us updated about the on-going works. maybe you can give him a try?

Just finish my reno recently with a contractor, price pretty good and good workmanship. at first alittle wary cause of the low price they offered but found out from them they recently started so offering low pricing to built reputation.
