Electrical Work At New Bto Kitchen

Do we need to run new wiring direct from DB box to supply 15amp for oven? I was told by different electrician tat new flat come with 32amp looping circuit n therefore is sufficient enough to tag from either one original socket for oven with kitchen itself. Some say need to pull direct from db box as its insufficient. So which is which? Pls advise. TIA

I believe that bto should be equipped with sufficient power output for your use as normally they will overpower the circuit in case of upgrading next time as I am an engineer in profession so I doubt Hdb won't cut their future plans and if u are seeking for commerical application to house in it your kitchen then u required to install a standalone isolator for the power you require.
