To interested parties,

We have put in a deposit for a hidden wall bed, but finally decided to halt the purchase as it does not fit the ID design. FYI, HWB is a BTO pull down bed that hides into a cupboard, meant for everyday use. <link removed>

I have discussed with HWB and they are willing to transfer the deposit to any interested party who is willing to take over.

Willing to let go of the $1000 deposit at a discounted price of $500. Pls PM me if you are interested.
