Open door ritual and ritual to start reno

Hi,

I got a resale flat and will be collecting keys next thurs (30/3). Can i do the open door ritual and ritual to start reno on the same day?
This is because it will be Qingming after that weekend so it best to avoid starting anything during qingming.

Also, the ritual for door opening for resale flat is the same as those said for BTO flats?

Would appreciate if anyone can advise me on this =D
