outdoor decking

Hi,

I've been wanting to remove the swimming pool at my garden and switch it to a outdoor decking platform. Just wondering what will be the estimated cost and will there be a lot of works involved to get that done?

I would also like to do some other renovations works to my house as it is about 15 years old. Such as redoing some carpentry and flooring works. I am keeping it open for ID or General Contractors. Any pros and cons to the mentioned for my works required?
