Supply and lay floor tiles or just lay the tiles?

Hi,

I'm preparing to ask around for quotations from contractors and IDs and I have a question. If I know exactly what tiles I want and I know where I'm going to purchase them from (let's say Hafary), does the quotation still state that the contractor/ID will supply and lay the tiles or is he just going to lay the tiles? Probably a slightly silly question, I know, but I just want to make sure the details in the quotation are clearly understood.
