Childcare-Nannies or babysitter?

It has often been a question of confusion whether to choose a nanny or a babysitter. As a parent, I could imagine the need for a caretaker in your home as some people might find it difficult to manage both office and house. I also feel the same and was thinking of choosing a babysitter. When I was reading several online articles on this, I found an interesting one. Nannies are trained professionals and sometimes would live with the family that employs them. My husband also suggested going for some nanny care service agencies. Would you please help me out with suggestions?
