Finally, my turn to blog on my journey to my resale  flat. 

With the 2nd appointment date confirmed with HDB, I now on a rushing schedule to get quotation from both ID and Contractor for the renovation of my flat.

Any one can share what the estimate cost for a 4NG reno cost to be?

resale? depends on how extensive you wan the overhaul to be.. if hacking kitchen and 2 toilets, definitely would take up bit of your budget.

It really depends on the type of work you are looking to do.
I am currently also looking for ID/contractor for my 4NG unit (but odd shape layout)

If you are looking at rehauling the unit (retile whole unit, redo toilet, basic kitchen, plastering), you are looking at minimally 25k and that is like the lowest end of quotes

The ID I am happiest with now his quote around 30k++ which includes
1) Hacking/Retile of Kitchen/Living rm
2) Overlay Vinyl for Bedrooms
3) Hacking/Retile of Toilets
4) Minor hacking of walls to expand MBR and Kitchen
5) Kitchen cabinets
6) Plastering & misc words

Not including wardrobe, additional fixtures, electrican, changing of window grills/windows and accessories/appliances.
I'm still looking  around at Contractors to see if I can get a better price =/
