items of 5 years, keep or buy new one ?

Hi,

I bought a resale house 5 years ago and underwent renovation and bought new appliances for the place and did it up,

my place might be enbloc soon or if no enbloc, i might sell it and buy another place,

the following items are still new, should i bring over to new place or buy new ones and if bring over, worry that it might be damaged,

1.  cooker and hob

2. washing machine and dryer and storage water heater

3. storage bed frame x 2

of course, electrical appliances like tv, soundbar and other moveable appliances.

anyone can share if they face same problem when they move to new place, do they bring over their quite new items or just buy new ones ?
