Hi all.. not sure if i had post this on the correct place as i m new here.. recently i have purchased a resale 5 room flat @ Tampines and will b completing our 2nd appointment in 2 weeks time (collect key). I have this renovation contractor who was been recommended by my brother (his bto flat n my dad's kitchen was done by him. Workmanship to be honest is pretty neat). i have received a quotation from him yesterday. (please see below attachment) The reason why i m posting here is because i have no prior experience in all these and hopefully those who r more experience can help me take a look at it and advise me so that i know if what i was quoted is base on market rates or on the expensive side. your assistance will b greatly appreciated. thank you
