Re-paint work for existing kitchen cabinet

My parents place (3room HDB) kitchen cabinet requires some touch up hence I get to know this ID through my sis.

She quoted $1.5k for the followings job for two days; two manpower:

a. repaint only the door frame (I think 16 indivdual doors) + (4 drawer frame)

b. replace normal closing to soft closing types (16 pairs)

c. replace 20pcs of handles

Can anyone share with me is her quotation expensive?
