Friend asked me for a rec recently, recommended my contractor to him and he was super happy la. Thought I should pass the good lobangs along hahah. If you want no-frills reno (already know what you want and don't need an ID), would recommend my contractor... serious old gem. 70+  year old man who's super fatherly and honest, hard to find these kinds anymore haha
