A redevelopment of the iconic Pearl Bank apartments, One Pearl Bank by the acclaimed Serie+Multiply architects. Comprising of 2 curved 39 storey towers linked by sky bridges, the project’s curving facade aimed to produce a light and airy effect, and to provide optimal stunning hilltop views from the towers.

One Pearl Bank is developed by renowned Singapore developer, Capitaland. Likely to become a landmark beacon when completed, the condo is also the tallest residential development in the central area at 178 meters tall.

One of the key selling points for the project is that it is located near Outram MRT station. Future residents gain instant access to 3 MRT lines - North-East Line, East-West Line and the upcoming Thomson-East Coast Line. As an extension of the biophillic living, the condo is also connected to the Pearl’s Hill city park. The vicinity also has a huge array of amenities providing much convenience and comfort. 

Update: During launch weekend from 20 July, 160 units of the 200 units have been sold.
