Having the greatest nightmare !!! Ordered my 6 dining chairs in 22 Dec 2019 and they were supposed to be delivered in end Jan 2020 to early Feb 2020 but till now NO SHOW. They delivered wrong chairs n can even suggest to accept it. I hv been calling them countless time to check on my order status  or refund me the deposit if they can’t give me a concrete reply but all are just avoiding my calls. Lame excuses n am just too tired of all their bad attitudes. Should have read online reviews before purchasing from them. My biggest mistake !!!!

I'm so sorry for your situation, it's a shame that this still happens in this day and age. But good for spreading the word on it.
