Removal of toilet bowl

Hi All,

I have a toilet in the yard area and I was thinking to remove the toilet bowl and seal the pipe to the sewage, as it's never used and I am planning to free up the space there and make it into just a washing area. Would that be possible as I was advised that by doing that it might cause foul smell from the sewage over time. Please advise, much appreciated. Thanks!!

shouldn't be an issue as long as the sealing is done properly by your plumber.
