Hi Guys,

Please help to review this quotation for a 3-room condo.

The bulk of work is focus on the entrance to the house, living room and the 3 bedrooms.

Anything missing that I need to ask the contractor to add in or clarify with him. We are afraid of all the hidden charges that may surface during the renovation after we have signed the contract.

SCOPE OF WORKS

1 Kitchen

a) Hack and change carcass (cabinets above hood & sink)
