Hi, need advice on the quotation below for resale unit. is it reasonable? reno is more focus on carpentry work.....Many thanks for any advice given....

General work:

- Discard existing shoe cabinet partition wall

- Discard existing MBR wardrobe and clear off site

Gypsum Board Works:

- Reconstruct shoe cabinet and altar

Gypsum Board Works:

- Reconstruct shoe cabinet and altar table Gypsum board partition wall

- Box up kitchen water piping using fibre board

- Construct Gypsum partition wall for MBR walk-in wardrobe

Doors:

- Supply and install 2 pcs door

Painting works:

- Supply and apply 1 layer Nippon Vinilex oil base sealer for Gypsum, fibre board and ceiling

- painting for whole unit wall and ceiling

- paint whole unit door frame and all piping in gross paint

Carpentry Works:

- Dismantle and reinstall existing shoe cabinet

- Fabricate and install 3ft full height Veneer divider

- Fabricate and install 4ft height Veneer altar table c/w glass

- Fabricate and install 6ft suspened Veneer TV console

- Fabricate and install 6ft Veneer TV console feature wall

- Fabricate and install 12ft L shape colour PVC wallk-in wardrobe for MBR
