Anyone used Wonder House renovation or Good Term Contractors before? Any comments or their service and workmanship? Pls advice. Thks.

I went there b4, nice guy, trying his best to sell his design...waiting for his quotation...never come back to me....

Quotation is ready...but then, id never mention when can let me see the quotation. Just tell me it is ready. Waiting for response from id, but then he told me to see the showflat first.

Hahaha….there is this id guy insists on meeting me as he has the quotations!

Told him not free for at least 4 to 8 weeks…he still insists one day meet up.

I told him again not free for at least 4 to 8 weeks…..

I told him to mail your quotation for me so that I can read it up in my office at night….

He told me quotation might not be accurate especially granite…..the rest need to discuss. Discuss wat?

I told him kitchen cabinet, labour cost for granite tilers, grills, paint, kitchen floor all standard one…why not be accurate?

He bopian and I insist he send to me….

I sms my company mail and he said ok…

Unitl now, never rec' his quotation,

Sms him again and told me HE IS OUTSIDE, CANNOT MAIL TO ME, AT NIGHT THEN SEND TO ME!!

This is call excuses!!!!

Wondering whether he afraid to let me see the quotation, fearing I might fainted by the price!!

I am here to learn from pple and to share what I have gone thru'.

If you dont like the way I ask the id/contractors, say so

ok?

I also dont like id/contractors the way they tell me must meet up.

ok?

After all, we are the one who pay the id/contractors money to renovate my/ your house.

ok?

Money is mine/ yours, not the id/contracctors, remember that, they have no right to force us to meet up and pressure us to sign, ok?

We, the owners, have the right to ask this and that.

ok?

If the id/contractors not happy, then next time tell the owners, no mail for quotation,

ok?

Met my neighbour yesterday evening while waiting for my son to come back from school.

She's in stress and told me due to renovation, quarrel with her hubby (nice hubby everything say ok to the contractor).

Got problem with the contractor she engaged.

I advised her to hold on the last payment until things are rectify.

She was angry as before sign, everything can, after sign...most of the thing cannot do (giving excuses).

In fact, the id do what he find it nice and not according to its owners need. She told me that is her house not the id house. Why cant the id listen to me?

I pity her. Now, she just hope that her renovation to be completed aasp!
