Hi,

Just got a 3rm flat in Toa Payoh, was own by an old couple previously.

Condition very Jialat!!!! whole flat do not have tiles.

Confirm need a gd renovation!

Any one can recommend any ID or contractor which is cheap & gd!

i staying tpy almost half yr, so far so good, convenience location:) i bought a 3room at tpy too, a very old hdb n super jia lak condition as the previous owner is a 80+ old yrs ah ma maybe urs just similar wit mine.. hahaha

i renovated whole hse n enjoy the whole renovation process.. i think u too

Hi there am also stayin at 3 room flat located at geylang bahru, i bought it from old auntie and i guess the condition is equally jialet as you. My ID Chua who is from Plush Conceptz Design Director. He helped us conceptualise the whole unit with very low cost and worked under our tight budget he is very helpful and very experience in this line for many years i guess i should intro to you if you don mind, do PM me if you interested i wll give you his contacts..

Hi, you may try my contractor for quote. So far, I am satisfy with his work when renovate my house and the price is resonable price, unless u need ID to design ur house. he email is senz_cs@yahoo.com.sg

Congratz on getting your place. Actually it is good that the flat do not have tiles as you will save $$ on hacking. My advice is to look around at the t-blogs and look at the pictures of the work done as well as the feedback from the forumers. There are quite a number of places which were quite well done without a huge budget. Just a note to beware of newbies with little num of posts claiming to have a good contractor/ID as it is a common trick for some to pretend to be customers while promoting themselves. Good luck with your reno!
