Hi priyalok, The prices are almost exactly the same as I got from & paid them 2 months ago. So you can be rest-assured that their prices are not some crazy prices. I have not heard anything bad about them to date. As for mine, though pipings are up and installed already, still not using them yet, can't comment much. ut at least, there wasn't any cock-ups for installation till now.

It really depends on the cleaners and who is in charge of them in my opinion. My current estate is one of the cleanest I have seen so far. They clean every morning and the place looks pristinely clean. Even any marks or stains are conscientiously removed. Some cleaners are also so polite, they greet us in the morning when we are on our way out to work...this is definitely a win-win situation as when you know them, you also won't want to give them unecessary work. Hope both cleaners and tenants of 89,90 & 91 will work hard together...

Singtel "Meow" is a good deal for singtel users. I have been using it for the last 1 year plus. However, make sure they do the setup for you properly..they gave me major cock-up and delay as I was the pioneer batch and they did not have the proper people/resources to troubleshoot. However, because of that and my attempt to write to straits times forum to "complain" about this matter, I was given a director's contact. With his help, the matter was resolved in 2 days. *whispers* tell me when you need his contact to make things happen the way they should be. hehe..

Dear Mr. Chong, Thank you very much for providing such a detailed instruction for my house moving. There are a number of items I can't follow due to the current renovation and placement of things. May I further trouble you to help me with these? Many thanks! 1) I believe setting up of the halogen light is on the wall in the common corridor? I am not sure if HDB allows that? I will try to see if i can do that, if not, I will set the red rug and at least place a horizontal piece of red paper at the top of my door frame. May I know whether there is a minimum size for the paper that I need to adhere to? 2) My dining table has just been integrated as a big counter top between the kitchen and the living room where the current wall is going to be hacked. Also, because of the arrangement, the basin and stove will be beside each other, but I have instructed to leave a foot between them. With the dining table no longer crossing the path with the main door, must I still place the fish tank where you have instructed? Honestly, my family know nuts about fish, I tried once before and they don't seem to live well... 3) This might be a little troublesome. The wardrobe that I have drawn in the picture has been set in. I am unable to put the MBR bed there. The blue line that i have drawn beside the bed is a double layer of black string curtain to block view from the MBR entrance. Also, that means I can no longer design a walk-in wardrobe as instructed by you. Is there more that i can do? 4) May I know if the stove that you are mentioning those charcoal stove? nope...you can choose to increase the btu per room, at a price of course..think mine cost 100+ more for upgrading 1 of the room to 12k. Er...not sure...just call and ask them..they are quite friendly..

that is when you on all 3...9k for each room means the max each rooms' output..usually can on at least 2 rooms...but if you on the third room, your compressor has to be able to take that lohz.... but, how often do you on 3 rooms together?

I just got a quote recently which is 2550 for toshiba inverter and 2900 for mitsubishi inverter...both system 3...it's from hong tar...this is for default btu configuration though...comes with 1/2 inch piping, thermaflex insulation and copper pipings..gst included...hope this helps..
