contractor did a chemical wash today..which means to say..my flooring is uncovered! will take photos & update. finally chosen colors for my doors. it will be a mixed combination of yellow, blue, white & black. smeg fridge this sat...

if change back to lourve my contractor will coz i kept changing stuff along the way

i'm not sure. the first time it was bathroom pipes which caused a leakage & they went direct to HDB to complain 2nd time which is today, they said they kept hearing sounds from the pipes downstairs (something which my next door neighbour told me) & they will feedback to Town Council.

it was originally louvre. i asked to change it to top hung..LOL yar..there was never any grilles in the toilets but that's because im used to staying at high floors (always 10 & above). hmmm..maybe i should leave it first.

Haiz...don't know why the neighbors downstairs like to complain...kept complaining abt the pipes..

hi all would like to seek your opinion: my contractor has changed the windows in the toilets to the top hung type do you think it's necessary to install grilles for these windows? i'm staying on 3rd floor..the whole house is installed with grilles except for the toilets.

had another round of discussion with the carpenter over the phone regarding my carpentry - because of my design. nothing too fanciful but because of some 'technical' terms, i couldn't quite comprehend. to my surprise, the carpenter has WHATSAPP too! so he whatsapp-ed me photos of the drawings & dimensions to give me a clearer idea on what he meant. the power of apps & technology...

me too! actually it's just a simple looking kitchen la..the highlight of it is the floor.. yup, i'm using blum

installed the laundry system today! finally no more ugly bamboos. for those who wish to install tracklights, i'll share abit with what i have found during my search for the tracks: 1) Most shops sell 1m or 2m tracks. some shops mentioned either a)track can be cut by electrician b) shop can cut the track for you or c) better not cut. i managed to find a shop that sells 1.5m & 3m track 2) Different prices for similar looking tracks sold by different shops. Basically the prices start from $10 onwards for 1m track & above. 3) White track - be very careful when u buy the white track. not all look the same. i made the mistake of buying a yellowish looking track which of course looks really ugly, only to realise later another store sells a pure white one, which looks so much more presentable. moving in less than 10 days time!

Now I know why it's 60k lol
