ID should conform to your liking, not controlling it mah.. hahaha.. problem with this kitchen is definitely not that its ugly, just super hard to maintain bah.. hahahaha.. anyway, the chest of drawers are from picket and rail, together with the bedframe and bedside table as a set.

okay, my last photo for this week.. before going to take more photos this weekend~ My white ikea kitchen with my white samsung fridge.. we are so going to die maintaining our place.. hahahaha! but i think my kitchen should be quite cozy as its quite a small space and no need for any other decor already.

icic.. not bad lah.. worst is those "this wall HAVE to be in bright red, and that wall HAVE to be gold" kind.. so any pics?

not what you imagined? meaning the condition is alot worse? i know wat u mean.. one trick i use last time before i settled for my ID is to just talk to them first, avoid the topic of the status of the house (waiting for keys, got the keys, etc), get all the info we want, the leave by saying we actually balloted for the flat, but still waiting for the results and we will consider them when we get the flat. they have no case to be angry since we are still potential customers for them.. and they are very eager to give info..

heeee... thanks! now for more pictures! this will be our bedroom configuration, with (once again) white furniture. we cannot put the mattress on the bed and move the bed into position yet as we havent an chuang yet.. meaning i can only sleep on the guest room bed when i move in first... this is our dresser, designed by loyd. looks quite modern, but i think it blends quite well with the other items in the room.. and its a transforming dresser too! supposed to have a mirror mounted when the flap is up, but not done yet.. so this basically covers the MBR for now..

Yeah, the holes for the grills are rather big.. and when ur kids learn to climb ard then will be quite dangerous le.. but they look quite nice for now..

yeah, that will have to wait.. anyway, i think we got too much white at our place le.. hahaha.. becoming "white house" liao.. hahaha..

thanks! well, we took a gamble in not taking the "tried and tested" approach and we are quite glad in the way it turned out..

now for my favourite feature of my living area~ this side is the main window of the living room (just 3 miserable panels, but nvm la, save money on curtains). so what we did is to have the wall extended out, and build a settee right by the window. so we have a little cove area for ourselves in the living room, but that's not all... we can slide the whole wall panel over to expose wall shelves!! i think its great for movies and stuff~ hahaha i call it my "transformer wall" heeee...

wah... nice curtains~ by the way, the mysterious color looks totally different in yellow light huh? white window frames~ my wifey would kill for white window frames.. hahahaha...

Thanks! thats what we told our ID what we wanted when we first started out too~ i think he has more or less done his part le, now we will need to find things to populate the bare canvas.. with his help of cos! wahahahaha!

Thanks! Now for more pics~ The last time we were at our place, our furniture were being delivered and the finishing of our walls were done. So now, we more or less have a complete picture of how it will look like when everything is done. this partition separates the dining area and the living area, and houses our altar (I'm Catholic). in addition, the FS master (yeah, we're Catholics and yet my parents believes in FS) specified that the passage way should be exactly 108cm, and loyd actually did a perfect 108cm gap for us! we were super impressed when we first measured it loh! hahaha! anyway, the top and side gap was to let the dining area be less dark and stuffy. FS master say cannot cut off flow of "qi" also.. for our house, we dun really have a feature wall, as the whole living area is covered with the white wooden strips. initially we were abit concerned if it will look too "kampong", but with the right finishing, and the correct lighting, i think we managed to pull it off (i hope) and here is our sofa!!! i think the picture speaks for itself, all we can say is we love it! (and finally some color to the house!) that's for now folks, still got some pics that i will post tomorrow.. still need to decide quickly on the coffee table and the tv console ah...

Actually, its my wifey who is a big fan of white. However, we are starting to get worried cos everything getting too white.. u will know what i mean when i post more pics up.
