sigh we bought it during the peak at abt 26k COV...initially we tot of doing miminal reno (keep the painting, flooring, etc) so tat explains partly for the high COV as well but when we inspect the hse closer, we decided to paint the whole house and redo the flooring for whole house (except kitchen) as there are visible scratches on the existing laminated flooring... poseidon_gal, can share how much did you buy your unit for? can PM me if you dont want post it here...
