cos new one $1288! mine also 2nd hand bought for $400 only. must make sure all the gadgets r included, but of cos most impt is test the product. ensure the steam is working well, the gadgets when attached r not loose. but if u still wan to swipe ur hub's card, go ahead! its always good to know ur product is new n not used. haha, a gd reason enough?

nono dun need to buy new one. like i told rierie & mumulovenest, can try to find a 2nd hand on ebay or other websites. just make sure u test it before buying can save one third of the price lei!

i also think its good to invest in a 'water' vacuum. Ivy, i also dun wan to imagine wat is in my ah ma's >10yrs sofa!! F4, think u shd consider getting one cos u love ur kids so much! they can grow up much healthier!
