    I wonder why you didn't use Besglas for your shower screen too.

    Yup! Tat's right!

    Moreover, she is a bankrupt, so for her to pay will take ages for her to clear the outstanding dues. Her reply to us is like.. "I am a bankrupt.. so what can you do to us."

    Although many of you may feel like "wah.. legal fees", which costs around 10k, but we have already lost around $20k (i.e. govt grant and deposit), so there will be more costs involved. And that is not taking into account of if i will be buying a new resale market hdb flat now in Ang Mo Kio in which it has at least increase more than $20k.

    In the actual fact, i have spell it to her that i have brought my furniture (ard 15k), the rental and utilities (ard 700 per month). That is way back before she told us that she does not want to sell to us.

    That is also precisely why a lot of people will stop chasing her for the $ in the end.

    But we will not let her go scott free from all these! she could probably not be aware but in fact, she can continue dream on getting her own way.

    So how much are u claiming from her? Will the case escalate to hight court , if it does, it will cost u more like $10k a day. Pls consider carefully,really feel sorry for your money:)

    Are you sure your bi-fold is from Besglas? The transparent glass bi-fold door? Did Besglas people come and install for you? I didn't know Besglas does this kind of bi-fold with 2 square holes in the middle. Is it tempered? It doesn't look tempered from the picture. Besglas sells tempered glass which looks slightly greenish. :unsure:

    How much did the fixed panel cost and how many ft wide is it? How much did the pivot panel cost and how many ft wide is it? The bathroom's glass shower panels and handle reminded me of Besglas.

    Anyway, you might want to check doorsplus at Liang Court for digital locks.

    I am very sure the bi-fold toilet door is from Besglas but i did not take pics of it. I got the digital lockset and doors from Doorsplus.

    Whether u need to pay for COV or not, just get whatever u need and want to pay. Mine is all done on 2nd appt when i collected keys. I give the cashiers' cheque to HDB, the Seller gave me the keys and got the cheque from HDB.

    If I guess correctly, you are at Blk 12*, overlooking Blk 122 & 123. I am also a resident at one of the 12* blocks. I should have checked out the 4-rms in your block when I was looking around. Cos the layout is not bad and the block is taller than the others in the area.

    Yeah, u guess it right.
