i bought my whole hse lightings from lightings.com their after sales service is very very good. supposed to bring the spoilt bulb to get exchange for a new one but i have forgotten and they said it is ok, they can exchange for us first. they can provide very good advice too!

thank you, but if you have seen the 3D, you will have love the previous design.. yup, the downlight is for the basin area only. My ID box up that area and installed the downlight. Not really a false ceiling. Then the bathroom got another ceiling light. But sometimes hor, i used the downlight for showering..lolx.
